The busy summer season is coming for restaurants.
Which does not mean it is time to stop marketing, NOW is when you go in for the KILL… 🗡🔫
What it DOES MEAN is that now, while you are busy, you NEED to take advantage of the situation and implement strategies to capture the information of all the customers that are already in your restaurant.
If you can get their information and just a fraction of them can be enticed to come back during “not so busy times”, it will be effort well spent that will pay you dividends for years to come.
